We post information for our client’s cases or suspected wrongful conviction that we are investigating. If this is a case that we are working on in your behalf, we will post a link that you can use to post a case brief, contact information, campaign information, fact sheets, or an overview of the case. The information that you want to post should be adequate, and it is up to our clients to send us updates on this information. In some cases, we will post information in behalf of our members that fit the same criteria as above, even if we are not actively investigating into the matter.

The person or parties that post links in our “Cases Under Investigation” section are reflecting their opinions or beliefs of the case that they are investigating, or are having us investigate. The viewpoints, opinions, and beliefs that are expressed are not necessarily the viewpoints, opinions, and beliefs of this company. However, if this is a matter that we are investigating, we may express our investigative results, or write an investigative report. In this case, we will make sure that it is noted as our work product.
